Charity Rood and Shawn McMahon, along with their families, announce their engagement and upcoming wedding.
Rood is the daughter of Gene Rood and Tammie Holmquist of Monroe. She is a graduate of Monroe High School, University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point, and Palmer College of Chiropractic. She owns Body and Spine Chiropractic in Fitchburg.
McMahon is the son of Mike and Ann McMahon of Fitchburg. He is a graduate of Verona High School and UW-Madison. He is a chemical engineer for a biofuel research company in Madison.
A December 2011 wedding is planned in Madison.
