ALBANY - Local residents from the Harvest Center in Albany will present a program entitled "Natural Nutrition" at 6:30 p.m. March 30 at the Albertson Memorial Library, 200 N. Water St., Albany.
The presentation focuses on natural foods and natural ways to use food to improve, maintain and monitor your health. It is the first in a series of three or four more presentations planned for later this year related to the topic of natural health and nutrition.
