MONTICELLO — The Monticello Lions Club will hold their Spring Fling Saturday, May 18.
The Booster Club Kickball Tournament begins at 11 a.m. From 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. the Monticello Lions will host the fifth annual Car Show. For more information, contact Carnie Lipke at 608-516-2196. Their 50/50 raffle will be held I the entertainment tent after each band, three times. The Monticello Fire Department pulled pork dinner will be at the Fire Station from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. The bouncy house, sponsored by the Monticello High School music department, will be up from noon to 8 p.m.
Live music in the entertainment tent begins with Rock Rebel Junction from noon to 3 p.m., Super Tuesday from 3 to 7 p.m. and Kings of Radio from 8 p.m. to midnight.
Deep fried food items can be purchased throughout the day from the Monticello Lions Club, including cheese curds, and the Lions will also have a concession stand. All proceeds from the Monticello Spring Fling will go to the park and lake improvement.
