MONROE — The Monroe Arts Center will present the Sounds of Summer Outdoor Concert Series. The third summer concert will take place on Wednesday, July 26 with Nick Brown Band.
Nick Brown is a singer and songwriter based in Madison, by way of Michigan, New Hampshire and Texas. The Nick Brown Band formed in 2012 for the release of Brown’s debut solo album “Slow Boat” and has since played some of the largest stages of the Midwest. The band includes Andrew Harrison on electric guitars, Rusty Lee on keyboards, Pat “Log” Logterman on upright bass and Ben Wolf on Drums.
Bring your blanket and picnic basket and enjoy great music on Monroe Arts Center’s south terrace.
Families can picnic, dance, and visit with friends while listening to a wide variety of music each second and fourth Wednesday evening from June through August at the Monroe Arts Center. All concerts begin at 6:30 p.m. and are free of charge.
Jose’s Authentic Mexican Food Truck will be on-site throughout each concert. Weather permitting and cash only, Jose’s Authentic Mexican Food Truck includes delicious authentic Mexican dishes.
