MONROE - "The Gift of Spring" luncheon, sponsored by Stateline Women's Connection and Stonecroft Ministries, is set for 12:30 p.m. Wednesday, March 19 in Peppercorn Banquets at Ludlow Mansion 1417 Mansion Drive.
The cost is $9 for lunch, tax, tip and program. The event will feature Lillian's of Monroe.
The speaker will be Sharon Wiese, of Lake Barrington, Ill. Her topic is "Receiving Gifts: "Tis more blessed to receive..." Wiese will talk about the gifts she has received in her life, beginning with her dad's return from World War II.
