The Stephenson County Fair Association is excited to bring the fair to Freeport on July 25-29, 2023. The Grandstand events will be Midwest Summer NationalTractor Pulls on Tuesday & Wednesday. Youth & Family Night with Scrambles and Tough Trucks is on Thursday.
