MONTICELLO — The Green Fire Farm, located at N5305 Ringhand Road south of Monticello, will host a summer picnic potluck on July 24 from 4 to 6 p.m. The event will be put on by the local South Central Chapter of the Wisconsin Farmers Union and the Soil Sisters. It is the chapter’s largest event of the year.

Visitors will tour Green Fire’s pasture-based livestock farm and enjoy a potluck meal. There will be silent Auction featuring local goods and services from apple brandy to farm sitters.
