MONTICELLO — Monticello is hosting the 2018 Green County Dairy Days, and the committee is seeking nominations for the Green County Dairy Days awards. The contest is open to any ag/business woman or couple who are an active part of any operation or business.

The contest is open to anyone who lives and/or works in Green County and has buildings located in the school districts or villages in Green County. Previous winners are not eligible.

The contest is divided into three divisions: agri-business woman under age 40; agri-business woman age 40 and older; and oldest active farm couple.

Entries are due June 16: No entries will be accepted after this date. One winner will be selected from each category. Winners will be announced at the Queens Brunch June 23 at the Monticello School and also at the crowning of the 2018 Green County Dairy Queen and Princess at 2 p.m. in downtown Monticello.
