Friday Fun Day presented by Sharon Headley

MONROE — The Green County Genealogical Society is holding a Friday Fun Day, Feb. 10, from 1-3 p.m. at the GCGS center. The center is located in the lower level of the Monroe Public Library. 

Sharon Headley will give a short presentation “Family Search Website”. The first step for attendees will be setting up an account if they do not have one. Sharon will also explain how to find information on ancestors, navigate around Family Search, find stories, attach pictures and more. 

One-on-one help will be available. The session is free.

Bring a laptop and family information, such as birth dates and locations. Four computers are available for those without a laptop.

The GCGS Research Center (located in the lower level of the Monroe Public Library) is available to the public for research each Tuesday from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
