MONROE - For people who are living with health problems like diabetes, heart disease or any other condition, Monroe Clinic recently teamed up with the Aging and Disability Resource Center to continue offering Living Well, a health management workshop.
Living Well approaches living a healthy life and managing health changes in a slow but steady approach. Working together, the group learns about physical activity, healthy eating, positive thinking and managing symptoms together.
The education workshop runs six weeks in a row starting Oct. 28 and is held from 1 to 3:30 p.m. in the second floor community room at Wisconsin Bank and Trust. The workshop cost is $10 and scholarships are available. Space is limited to 15 people.
