MONROE - The American Legion Zilmer-Riley Post 84 will hold its monthly meeting at 7:30 p.m. Thursday at the Legion home, 1627 12th Ave., Monroe.

The Legion also will be opening its doors for bingo at 11 a.m. Sunday. Bingo games will start at 1 p.m. The progressive bingo prize is more than $600.
