Juda FFA teams move on to state competition

JUDA - The Juda FFA Chapter had six teams competing at the University of Wisconsin-Platteville Career Development Events in March.

The Ag Sales team, consisting of Jessica Jordan, Molly Salzwedel, Morgan Adkins and Tabatha Davis, placed third out of 16 teams, with Adkins placing sixth individually.

The Dairy Cattle Evaluation team consisted of Alyssa Cramer, Danielle Dieckhoff, Kelsey Cramer and Jessica Crull. The team placed first out of 55 teams, and Alyssa Cramer placed eighth individually.

The Ag Technologies and Mechanical Systems team, which consisted of Ryan Schmitt, Tyler Davis, Gavin Whitney and Matt Schmitt, placed sixth out of 37 teams. Ryan Schmitt placed 10th individually.

The Horse Evaluation team, consisting of Celina Trotter, Katlyn Steinmann, Nikki Weber and Mariah Swedlund, placed 18th.

The Dairy Products team, which consisted of Camilla Klar, Jason Roth, Kayla Niedermeier and Molly Marass, placed 18th.

The Junior Dairy Cattle Evaluation team, which consisted of Clayton Mahlkuch, Rachel McCullough, Cole Mahlkuch and Briana Crull, placed 10th.

The Dairy Cattle Evaluation team, the Ag Technologies and Mechanical Systems team, the Dairy Products team and the Ag Sales team will compete at UW-Madison State Competition.
