MONROE- The Monroe American Legion is having a chili day lunch and supper from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Saturday, March 27, at 1627 12th Ave. The lunch and supper is a fundraiser for their scholarship fund. Items, available separately, include a bowl of chili for $2, hot dogs (plain or chili dogs) for $1.50, grilled cheese for $1.50, and cake and bars, $1. Everyone is welcome.
