Janesville: Stroll for Epilepsy is Saturday

JANESVILLE - The 16th annual Stroll for Epilepsy will be held Saturday, May 17, at Palmer Park in Janesville. Registration begins at 9 a.m. in the east pavilion. People are invited to run, jog, race-walk, speed walk, walk, stroll, amble or just plain people-watch at the "stroll for epilepsy." After the stroll there will be food and bidding on silent auction items. The Epilepsy Foundation Southern Wisconsin, a United Way agency, is a non-profit, human services agency, serving people and families affected by seizures in Southern Wisconsin for more than 40 years. The Epilepsy Foundation conducts public health presentations on seizure recognition and first aid for any audience or employer.
