MONROE — SSM Health at Home is seeking volunteers to provide meal service to residents at the SSM Health Monroe Hospice Home. Volunteers will be asked to serve at least one day a week from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. and/or 4-6 p.m. An early shift from 6-8 a.m. may be added in the future. 

Those interested in providing other compassionate care, such as massage, Reiki, Healing Touch, and other comforts at the SSM Hospice Monroe Hospice Home and area facilities are also encouraged to attend the May training.

Hospice volunteer training is required. Training is being offered every Sunday evening in May, except May 28, from 6-8 p.m. (4 sessions total). Contact Nadine Patchin at 608-324-1230 or nadine.patchin@ssmhealth.com for more information or to register for training.
