Kevin and Jolene Slater, Argyle, are parents of a son, Braydon Harold Slater, born on Thursday, June 11, 2009, in Memorial Hospital of Lafayette County, Darlington. Braydon weighs 7 pounds, 6 ounces and is 20 inches long. He has a brother, Bryce, 21 months. Grandparents are Carla Vickerman, Benton; Harry Vickerman, Lone Rock; and Tom and Deb Slater, Benton.
