Ryan and Dawn Mulligan, Monroe, are parents of a son, Keagan Patrick Mulligan, born Thursday, Dec. 27, 2007 in the Monroe Clinic. Keagan weighs 5 pounds, 11 ounces and is 17 inches long. He has a brother, Liam, 9, and two sisters, Skylar, 8, and Keeley, 1. Grandparents are Ed and Marsha Mulligan, Freeport, and Deb and Robert Chudada, Riverside, Ill. Great-grandparents are Julia Mulligan, Stoughton; Herb and Revina Marcum, La Crosse, and Barbetta Marcum, Onalaska.
