People came from all over Green County and the stateline region to partake in the annual Green County Breakfast on the Farm, held May 28 at Sunset Ridge Dairy Farm between Monticello and Albany. The farm is owned and operated by Dewey and Jeanne Meier, and David and Tiffany Meier. 

Patrons were served a breakfast meal and ice cream, and were able to meander the farm to see the various animals and operational buildings. There was music, arts and crafts, educational stations and an antique tractor display. Busses and wagon rides transported the vast majority of visitors to and from the farm.
