MONROE — Equity Cooperative Livestock Sales Association has announced the promotion of Trish Allen to office manager at the cooperative’s Monroe market. 

In her new position, Allen will be responsible for ensuring that all office procedures including market paperwork, sale and employee paperwork is in compliance with company policies and procedures. She will also make sure Equity meets all regulatory agency requirements. Allen attended Blackhawk Technical College and has a certificate in welding and computer service technician. 

Allen has worked for Equity Livestock for more than nine years and has previously served as clerk, weigh master, office manager assistant and interim office manager at the Monroe market. 

Equity Cooperative Livestock Sales Association is a federated cooperative headquartered in Baraboo. Equity operates 14 locations and services producers in Wisconsin, Illinois, Iowa, Michigan, Minnesota and South Dakota. Equity assists producers with the marketing, managing and financing of their agricultural businesses.
