Ethan Schmid, son of Dean and Shelley Schmid, Monroe, was named to the dean's list for the fall semester 2008-2009 at University of Wisconsin-Whitewater College of Letters and Science. Schmid, a freshman, attained a 3.98 grade point average on a 4.0 scale.
