ROCHESTER, N.Y. - Heather Mattmann, New Glarus, was named to the dean's list at Rochester Institute of Technology for the Fall 2013 semester.
Mattmann is a third-year student in the arts and imaging studies program in RIT's National Technical Institute for the Deaf.
