MONROE - Union Presbyterian Church is hosting a cookie walk and holiday bazaar from 9 a.m. to noon on Saturday, Dec. 13 at the church, 2707 5th St., Monroe.

Items available include cookies, candy, breads, lefse, and new and gently used holiday decorations.

The 2008 UPC cookbooks will be for sale. Holiday and specialty cookie are $6 per pound. Prepackaged cookies available for your convenience.

Proceeds will benefit the Christmas Stocking and Green County Interchurch Food Pantry.
