MONROE - Colony Brands rolled out its new Associate Donation Program this holiday season. This program offers permanent employees the opportunity to designate funds for the company to distribute among a pre-determined list of non-profit organizations. This year, each employee was able to designate funds equivalent to $8 per each year of their service to the company.

In Monroe, a list of 14 Green County non-profits organizations and three international charities was provided to each employee. This year, Colony Brands employees in Monroe were able to designate a total of $98,296.

"This is a very satisfying way for our employees to cap off a very good year," said Colony Brands President and CEO John Baumann. "As an organization, we're fortunate that we have the means to give back to the community.
