MONROE — Press Ganey has announced Monroe Clinic as a 2019 Guardian of Excellence Award winner. The award recognizes top-performing health care organizations for performance in patient experience in inpatient care. This recognition stems from data gathered in the Press Ganey surveys patients complete after their visits to Monroe Clinic. 

Monroe Clinic uses Press Ganey to deliver and evaluate its patient satisfaction surveys. 

The feedback in those surveys is reviewed, and when applicable, applied to the patient experience here at Monroe Clinic.
