FREEPORT - There will be a chili supper fundraiser from 4:30 to 7:30 p.m., on Saturday, March 5 at the Stephenson County Farm Bureau.
The menu includes chili or potato soup, barbecue, chips, dessert and drink. Tickets for adults cost $6; children 6 to 11 $3; and kids under 5 free.
Proceeds are designated for restroom improvements at the Stephenson County Fairgrounds. Tickets may be purchased in advance at the Stephenson County Farm Bureau, 210 West Spring St., Freeport, or from fair board members.
