MONROE - Congresswoman Tammy Baldwin's field representative, Helen Forbeck, will hold office hours in Monroe from 1:30 to 2:30 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 22 at the Behring Senior Center, 1113 10th St., Monroe.

Forbeck will be available for constituents to speak privately on issues of concern and get information about federal agencies, services, grant opportunities, and legislation.
