MONROE — Green County Leaders is seeking motivated individuals who are interested in learning, self-discovery, community issues, and networking to apply for the 2022-2023 Green County Leaders class.
Green County Leaders is an education program designed to help build community leadership. This is a great networking opportunity, as participants connect with leaders throughout Green County. Programs focus on building community leadership skills and raising awareness of community issues, including local government, healthcare, economic development, education, and more. Participants meet twice in September and then once a month from October through May, and attendance at all classes is expected.
Application forms, along with more information about the program, are available online at ww.greencountyleaders.com or at the Extension Green County office at 2841 6th Street, Monroe, WI 53566. Applications will be accepted until July 29. Tuition is $425 and covers the cost of all sessions, including speakers, meals, and materials. Scholarships are available to assist with tuition for qualifying participants.
