MONROE - Scholarship applications and rules for a 2017 high school graduate who will be attending an accredited college or technical school can be picked up beginning Wednesday at the Zilmer-Riley American Legion Auxiliary Unit 84 Post Home at 1627 12th Ave., Monroe.
To be eligible, one must be a member of the American Legion Auxiliary or Post or be a child, step-child, grandchild, step-grandchild, great-grandchild or step-great-grandchild of a current member of the Auxiliary or Post.
Scholarships will be awarded starting second semester. Applications must be returned by Feb. 22. Applications will not be accepted after that date. Return completed applications to: Ada Swanton, 2402 8th St., Monroe, WI 53566.
