MONROE - Monroe Theatre Guild will present its second annual concert, "An Evening of Music," at 7:30 p.m. Saturday, May 10 at MTG, 910 16th Ave. A pre-show reception featuring light snacks and drinks will be held at 6:30 p.m.
The concert will feature Little Big Band, of Rockford, Ill. The group specializes in big band/swing repertoire while also performing Latin, funk, rock, blues and jazz. The eight member ensemble is comprised of trombone, saxophone, trumpet, piano, bass, drums and vocals.
