MONROE - The American Legion Post 84 will hold a chili cook-off Feb. 28 at its building, 1627 12th Ave.

Entries are due at 11:30 a.m. with tasting to follow at 12:30 p.m. Judging will take place at 1 p.m. A $25 entry fee is required and cash prizes go to the top three selections.
