RIVER FALLS - The following local residents were among 798 students to receive degrees during spring commencement at the University of Wisconsin-River Falls in May. Bachelor's degrees were awarded to 668 undergraduates while 130 students received master's degrees.

ASHLAND - Michael Sinclair of Darlington graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in natural resources with an emphasis in ecological restoration and environmental geosciences with an emphasis in geology at Northland College's commencement ceremony May 28.
