As a taxpayer, I feel I shouldn't have to pay someone else's electric bill. I can't help it if they have lost grants or funding. Also, it's like clockwork anymore; you get a notice on how they are raising your bill due to fuel costs, and now they want one to pay for someone else's electric.

Get a life, guys, my bill went up $20. It's a true fact if I were to go for help this winter, they would tell me I make too much money. What are the fixed income people feeling? I didn't get funding or grants either, so at this point, call me what you want, but I'll take care of myself first and no one else. It's not fair and it's not right.
