We must think to run our economy

What's wrong with our economy is that we aren't being precise in the way we're running it. In short, we're not thinking. We just throw money at it and we don't care if it's real money or toxic derivatives. Why do you suppose our school system, our stock market and our banking system are in turmoil? Since everything starts at the top and I believe its in banking and showing an individual you can't spend more than you make and that's what we did in banking when we got rid of the Glass-Steagall Act.

You're not using math. You're using the principal of the stock market. You're running it like a lottery. This is where the media comes in. We're going to have to talk about this as individuals in the bottom of our labor market chain, concerning economics. Not on the top of the corporate chain, run by hedge fund dealers.

They're not even concerned about their regular salary. All they're concerned with is how many bonuses they can get because they think they've done such a good job of confusing us, through the lack of campaign finance reform. They figure if they lie enough times, without tow-way communication, they're going to win. In winning their way, we all lose because we got away from a democracy and have moved into a system run in a military-like style. You'd be surprised at the countries in the world run by military dictatorships and they don't pay you to think. They pay you to "do as you're told." I know. I was in the military. I even enjoyed it for one term of four years but I wouldn't want to be there all my life.

I like politics and I like paying federal income tax. That means we're going to get the farm paid for that we bought and the government we run, paid for. So we can keep away form this debt, as far as the eye can see, which is crippling our country. That's why, in the future, they predict China will be leading the world, rather than the United States. China, a country run more by the military than a democracy. Think about it. Would you like that?
