On behalf of Brian and Ellen Buzza and family and myself, I would like to say thank you to the many generous people of this community. A spaghetti dinner and silent auction fundraiser was held to help with expenses while Brian is recuperating from injuries due to a motorcycle accident. I would first like to thank Michelle Daehlin, without whose experience and support things would not have gone as well. Thanks to the VFW for not only letting us use its facility, but helping with the dinner; New Life Press for printing up our fliers; to Brennans, Piggly Wiggly, Pick N Save, Aldis, Regez Cheese and paper supply, Minhas Brewery (for the quarter-keg of root beer), coworkers and friends who donated everything we needed to make the dinner a success. Thank you to Heartland Graphics, Wing and Pond, Perks, Baumgartners, Kutter Harley Davidson, and the many individuals for their donations to the silent auction. A big thank you to the Monroe Bible Church members who donated all the wonderful desserts. It is people like these who make Monroe a great place to live.
