On behalf of the Green County Humane Society, we would like to thank everyone who donated items for the recent garage sale and bake sale. Special thanks goes to Sherri Fiduccia for again letting us use Monroe Auto Sales' display room; two very special ladies, Cheryl Beck and Vickie Holland, who gave so much of their time; The Monroe Times, WEKZ and The Shopping News for all the publicity; and finally, a very special thank you to all those that donated baked goods for the sale. Without all of you, none of this would be possible.

The GCHS took in more than $2,800 from the sale, all of which goes for the animals.

The next garage sale will be the April 29-May 1, 2010.
