Sheri Novak: Make sure not to miss 'Drawer Boy'

This is the final week of the Monroe Theater Guild's production of "The Drawer Boy." The three male characters are played by Chris Weis, Gary Johnson, and newcomer to the stage, Matt Finkenbinder, and directed by Dave Bristow.

We certainly enjoyed this light-hearted story of the farm life last Friday night held at the MAC. The entire stage drew you in to the 70s era, right down to the kitchen door creaking every time it was opened. Our local talent in Monroe is outstanding along with the background efforts in putting on such an entertaining show. Bravo. Great job, guys! Farmers, you would love this one, too. Buy your tickets now. Shows are in their final week; April 24-26 and a Sunday matinee on the 27th.
