To the editor:

In light of revelations regarding Mitt Romney's "childhood pranks," it's difficult to decide which of the following is most disturbing: A) The fact that multiple sources verify that Mitt Romney did, indeed, lead the torture and public humiliation of various people in high school? B) The idea that anyone who could do anything like these things to other innocent human beings and then completely forget about it? C) The obvious possibility that Mitt Romney actually remembers doing horrible things but has chosen to lie about remembering them rather than to confess and genuinely beg for his victim's forgiveness? Or D) The shocking number of Americans who either rise to defend his behavior, or attempt to minimalize it by saying it's just normal "just kid stuff."
