Question is who has the cookie, not the crumbs

From George Vernon Monroe If tax cuts create jobs, can someone please explain to me why in the 30 years since Mr. Reagan slashed the upper income rates, we don't seem to have a surplus of jobs?
I can understand why people like the Koch brothers think that cutting taxes and eliminating workers' rights and benefits is a great idea. I can't understand why small farmers or truck drivers or store clerks think it's a great idea.
The question isn't "Who's got one crumb and who's got two?" The question is, 'Who's got the cookie?" Congratulations to all those relying on Social Security or working for $11 an hour with no benefits who have joined forces with Gov. Walker's team to ensure that not one dime of new tax revenue will be generated to help ease the current debt crisis.
