Barack Obama is like an adolescent with little or no experience in the real world. He's been a congressman for four years, although during most of that time he has been campaigning for president. He has child-like dreams but no sense of reality. He is not grounded in factual truths but has teenage-like dreams of unlimited, imagined possibilities. Therefore he is making his many promises without dealing with realities. Ignorance is bliss.
He is promising us world peace by withdrawing from Iraq. Then he says he will have a nice little chat with Iran and everything will be OK. He's going to fix the economy, stamp out social problems and unite the world, among other things.
John McCain, however, maybe be in his sunset years, but has his feet on the ground and has a world of more experience. He faces more realities than dreams, and is dealing with the real world. His promises may not sound as good, but at least he's operating in realities.
If Obama gets elected, he will find his dreams don't match reality and will blame the Republicans or will freeze up with overwhelming fear and stress. Either way he'll be ineffective as a leader.
In the meantime, while Obama is operating on delusions, he will make many serious policy mistakes that will set our nation and the world back considerably. Terrorism will again flourish, attacks on America and Israel will restart and intensify and taxes will go up. The country will be thrown into disarray and confusion will result. Many of the major advances made over the last several decades will be erased and be substituted by destruction and calamity, including Iraq.
These are just the beginnings of sorrows. Liberals, homosexuals, anti-Christians and uneducated hostile foreigners will have free reign in the country. This is what's happening in England, and it is a mess. Decent citizens cannot even speak up against it because the hate crimes law would land them in prison.
Meanwhile, radical Islam, gays and other anti-democratic people can say or do most anything they like.
The moral of the story is that we don't have time to wait for Obama to grow up, especially not while he's supposed to be running the country. We especially don't need evil people and terrorists to reign in our beloved country. Please vote for and promote McCain for president.
