To the Editor:

Once again, a huge thank you is in order for a job well done on the curb in front of my house. The house will be forty-eight years old on Thanksgiving 2021. Needless to say, there has been some small soil movement and there was a small surface between road, curb, and the first large step. The scheduler (Cathy Kehoe) checked it out and agreed it was dangerous for children walking, running, or biking. There are lots of people who walk their dogs or their babies in strollers, and I feared for everyone’s safety. The four gentlemen who did the work spent a lot of time on their hands and knees doing a superior job. I, along with all residents of Monroe, can be so grateful for these employees.
