To the Editor:

It is estimated that at least 150,000 Russian troops and 75,000 Ukrainian troops have been killed in battle so far during Putin’s War on Ukraine.  

If we do not continue to help finance and supply military weaponry to Ukraine, Russia will defeat Ukraine.  There is absolutely no doubt that Putin will not stop with Ukraine because it is his main goal to restore the Russian Empire that includes eastern Europe.  

We must continue to finance and supply military weaponry for Ukraine’s needs, no matter the cost, because the alternative is that we will have to spent a million times more financially and in human causalities if we do not.  

It will also embolden China to go after Taiwan.  

World War III would be unavoidable.   

Unfortunately, the MAGA Republicans do not get this.
