As a resident of 7th Street, I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks and appreciation to City of Monroe Engineer Al Gerber and his team for the outstanding and difficult job they accomplished with our street reconstruction. They were very attentive and helpful quickly answering all my questions during the reconstruction phase of the project. The small inconveniences we endured were minimal and very manageable. After viewing the completed street, all the noise, dust and detours were well worth the outstanding outcome of having a new street enhancing the street appeal of the neighborhood. The Engineering Department is a credit to the City of Monroe and their professionalism during this project was very much appreciated. Thank you.
