To the Editor and Citizens of Wisconsin:

From me to thee a plea. Please do not vote for Ron Johnson for the Senate. Senator Johnson has stated that he, along with the Republican representatives in the Senate, intend to eliminate the Social Security and Medicare programs as we know them: as insurance programs into which we paid during our working years. These are earned benefits not welfare entitlement programs. The Republicans’ want to take away our — retired persons — way of life. What would happen to you if you did not have this guaranteed monthly income or did not have it as part of your retirement planning? Once this program is changed it will never be restored. Protect Social Security and Medicare — do not vote for Ron Johnson.
