The Street Department does a good job with the streets and snow removal.

One thing needs to be changed. Last Aug. you seal coated 9th Ave. from 21st St. to 30th St. Also, 24th St. from 8th Ave. to 11th Ave. 

For three months, when a car would go by, you could not see for the dust. The material is unacceptable. Now, the snow and salt makes it stick to tires and gets in garage floors. The material you are using is too soft. It is clay and limestone. You need to go back to pea gravel like before.

Its like living on a gravel road. Not happy on 9th Ave.
