To the Editor:

Elon Musk and his PACs have donated more than $11 million to get Brad Schimel elected to the Wisconsin Supreme Court. One of the campaigns mailers said that Mr. Schimel “will support President Trump’s agenda.” If you support Musk and the dismantling of our democracy, Schimel is your man.

If not, Judge Susan Crawford — who is endorsed by the AFL-CIO, IBEW, UAW, and many other unions and organizations, not to mention dozens of sheriffs and judges — should get your vote on April 1.

The Wall Street Journal stated that this election is the most important one of 2025 because the Wisconsin Supreme Court could be the deciding factor in determining the make up of the U.S. House and stopping the disastrous Musk/Trump agenda. Regardless of who you voted for in last year’s presidential election, I urge all Wisconsinites to vote on April 1 and to vote for democracy and freedom.
