To the Editor:

For the past 40 years, I have had the opportunity to serve Green County in a variety of capacities: as a County Board Supervisor, as a Town of Decatur Board Member, on the Southwest Regional Planning Commission and now as a Monroe Alder on the City Council. I have seen firsthand what makes an effective public servant. That is why I am so enthusiastically supporting Jane Bucher for Judge. Jane has the qualities Green County deserves in our Judges: someone who is fair, who has integrity, who has shown her commitment to building up our communities and making them safe for all our residents. Jane has earned the endorsement of more than 300 current and former judges, law enforcement professionals, attorneys, and community leaders. They trust her, as I do, to be a fair and unbiased judge who will make tough decisions and apply the law as it is written. I’m excited to be voting for Jane in the April 6 Election and I hope you will join me.
