To the editor:
With the holidays approaching, there are a lot of things we have to think about, and the Cheese Days Centennial is almost history for most people.
I have been looking through the "Cheese Days: A Pictorial History of the First Hundred Years" book again and again. I am so impressed by what Noreen Rueckert has accomplished. All the research, all the pictures she went through and all the people she interviewed ... it is amazing. She wrote very word herself after gathering all this information, and the book is absolutely great.
So it is about time that I say thank you to Noreen for a wonderful job done, and I know a lot of other people feel the same way.
