To the editor:
We wish to thank the Monroe Chamber of Commerce and the Stateline Business Expo for giving us the chance to have the lunch stand and serve the "After Five" group at the Expo. It was a great success for our group. This year there will be no pork chop barbecue due to the lack of interest and help. So the lunch stand was a way to make money to keep our local contributions going. A big thank you to everyone that has supported us through the years of our barbecue.
Also, I would like to compliment all the students who were at the Expo. They were very polite and easy to work with and fun to be around. I cashiered for the lunch stand and got to see them as they unloaded and loaded the buses.
