On Friday, September 15 at 1:00 pm, the DNR is conducting a public hearing pertaining to Pinnacle Dairy, which is a CAFO (Concentrated Animal Feeding Operation) being built in Sylvester Township, in Green County. Any person who would like to attend may do so. The public can also make a comment, or objection to the proposed permit action, terms of nutrient management plan, or application. If you can not attend this hearing, but would like to comment, you can mail your comment to:
