It is my pleasure to respectfully submit this letter of recommendation for Nikki Matley as an extremely qualified candidate for the Monroe school board. Having moved to Green County four years ago with my young family, becoming fully acclimated with the community both professionally and personally would have been significantly more challenging if not for Nikki. Her knowledge of this community and its citizenry rivals anyone I have encountered in my time here. Nikki personally helped me get settled and immersed in the community not only as part of her role as a GCDC board member, but also because she believes in growing Monroe and Green County by promoting everything this wonderful place has to offer. She is an advocate for both lifetime residents and recent additions.
I can also personally vouch for her incredible ability and eagerness to take on new challenges and successfully manage complex projects and initiatives. I greatly admire her ability to actively serve this community in so many ways through her involvement in multiple local not-for-profit and service organizations while also being a true friend to so many.
Nikki Matley is already a true leader in Monroe and I would strongly encourage the citizens of Monroe to consider giving her the opportunity to help the Monroe school district build upon its already strong reputation as an excellent district.
